Tara Roe has been a resident of Harrisville since 1994.  She is married to Jason Roe, Postmaster of the Harrisville Post Office, and they have three children.  She is a 2000 graduate of Alcona High School and has taken various courses in General Education and Criminal Justice at Alpena Community College.

Tara has been a stay-at-home mom since December 2004 when she resigned as a Front Office Receptionist at the Alcona Health Center in Lincoln.  In May, she and her husband, Jason, took the mandatory real estate class followed by the state exam and became licensed as a Sales Associate effective July 3, 2006.
